Step: 1 ๐Ÿ€ Soak noodles for 15-20 min. 

Step: 2 ๐Ÿ€ Stirfry: 5 - 7 Min

  • 1️⃣ Noodles 
  • 2️⃣ Gooseberry or Olive Pickles
  • 3️⃣ Green Chilly ๐ŸŒถ️ (Optional) 
  • 4️⃣ Salt, Turmeric & Chilly Powder ๐Ÿฏ
  • 5️⃣ Ginger & Garlic - Deep Fried 
  • 6️⃣ Red Onion - Light Fried 
  • 7️⃣ Deep Fried Potatoes or Raw Cabbage  
  • 8️⃣ Basil Leafs (Italian) Or Curry Leafs ๐Ÿƒ
  • 9️⃣ Cold Pressed Mustard Oil
